Coffee Talk Ed. No 17

Happy F R I D A Y y’all!  For me, this is the start of a 5 day weekend….woohoo!!

Cheers to the commencement of a long week.  More coffee and less rain please!

If you missed this weeks posts, you can check them out here, here, and here.

If you follow me on Facebook and Instagram, you may already know that my family and I took a quick trip to Branson this past weekend.  Overall, I believe my husband and I would both agree when I say it was most defiantly our worst vacation to date. My son was sooo incredibly unhappy the entire time which, come to find out, was all due to a double ear infection on top of his unrelenting hatred of car rides.  Whew!  Talk about brutal.  You try being stuck in a car with a screaming kid for over 3 hours!!  One thing is for sure, it is a trip we will never forget.

I ordered myself some glass roller bottles from Amazon to make a few essential oil roller recipes.  I’ve already made a “relax roller” which consists of fractionated coconut oil, 10 drops of lavender, 10 drops of peppermint, and 10 drops of stress away.  This combo also works great in my diffusers (yes I ordered another diffuser for downstairs, and I am pondering another purchase for the kid’s rooms as well….it’s getting serious!)

I recently got a sample of Estee Lauder’s Advanced Night Repair serum.  I’ve been using it for about a week now and boy am I really seeing a difference in the overall appearance of my face.

If you’re needing some last minute 4th of July apparel, decor, or party supplies, check out Target for their latest All-American Summer sales.  Everything is so dang cute!

Speaking of Target, I am forever in love with their BaubleBar Jewlery collection.

I’m looking forward to the long weekend and Holiday ahead.  Nothing says “Happy Birthday America” quite like bbq, beer, and fireworks!  Hope everyone has a safe and happy 4th of July!
