Easy Banana Bread Recipe

I’m a big fan of banana bread (and pumpkin banana bread, and…. oh who am I kidding I like any and all bread!) and I’ve been making it a lot over the past 2 years.  I’ve tried a handful of recipes and I’ve finally settled on this easy recipe.  It’s the perfect breakfast, snack, or dessert and I prefer to enjoy mine warm, fresh out of the oven, with a tiny bit of butter and a hot cup of coffee! Yumm!

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup of butter (melted)
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp. bakign soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Mash bananas
  4. Mix Bananas, melted butter, and sugar
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract
  6. Stir in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  7. Pour batter into pan.
  8. Bake about 30-40 min
  9. Let cool before cutting
  10. Enjoy!
