We tried Hello Fresh

I love the idea behind Hello Fresh.

It’s simple, quick, easy, convenient, delicious AND healthy!

  1. Simplicity. Everything you need for each meal is delivered straight to your doorstep! No thinking about what’s for dinner, whether you have all the ingredients you need, and most importantly, less shopping at the grocery store. Less Stress= Happy, Happy, Happy!
  2. Time Saver. Each meal takes less than 40 minutes to prepare. From start to finish, it’s generally around 30 minutes. Less time cooking, more time doing what you love.
  3. So Easy. Each meal comes in separately boxed packages to eliminate confusion of which ingredients go with what meal. Just follow the step- by-step instructions (shown on a large cardstock with pictures) for a fool proof meal.
  4. Ideal. The servings are perfectly portioned and there’s no need for seconds. Less wasted food. Super convenient for busy, working moms and dads.
  5. Tasty. Great variety of delicious, flavorful recipes.
  6. Healthy. The food quality is great and everything is fresh and well packaged. There’s a variety of vegetables, meats, and spices which take me out of my comfort zone and introduces me to foods or ingredients I wouldn’t otherwise use.

Here’s an example of the first meal we made.  This was the Dukkah-Crusted Cod.

There is a 2 person plan or a family plan. You can skip or cancel at anytime.

Our first week has been great. I would (and have) highly recommend Hello Fresh to any of my family and friends.

I have tried both HelloFresh and ChefsPlate. In my opinion, Chefs Plate well exceeds Hello Fresh in quality, freshness, even flavor. Give them a try! I have been doing it weekly but only 2 meals per week now. 4 per week was a bit overwhelming. I love the concept and am so glad to have found out about these companies.
